Self-taught long before it was a degree. I started making things because I wanted them to exist — a stop-motion channel, a bot, an app for my own school life — and that has not really changed.
I read Asimov, paint in oils, and once wrote 4,000 words on whether Least Connections beats Round Robin at load balancing. I like problems that are equal parts engineering and judgement.
